Environment Protection (Solid Fuel Heaters Policy) Notice 2015
under section 31 of the Environment Protection Act 1993
1—Short title
This notice may be cited as the Environment Protection (Solid Fuel Heaters Policy) Notice 2015
.
2—Declaration of interim environment protection policy
(1) The Governor is of the opinion that it is necessary for the proper administration of the Environment Protection Act 1993
, that the draft policy known as the Environment Protection (Solid Fuel Heaters) Policy 2015
should come into operation without delay.
(2) Accordingly, the draft policy referred to in subclause (1)
is declared to come into operation on an interim basis on the day on which this notice is published in the Gazette.
