Environment Protection (National Pollutant Inventory)
Notice 2008
under section 29 of the Environment Protection Act 1993
This notice may be cited as the Environment Protection (National
Pollutant Inventory) Notice 2008.
2—Declaration of environment
protection policy
(1) The draft policy known as the Environment Protection (National
Pollutant Inventory) Policy 2008 and referred to the Governor by the
Minister under section 29 of the Environment Protection Act 1993 is
declared to be an authorised environment protection policy under that
Act.
(2) The policy will come into operation on 31 March 2008.
