Environment Protection (Water Quality) Notice 2018
under section 28 of the Environment Protection Act 1993
1—Short title
This notice may be cited as the Environment Protection (Water Quality) Notice 2018
.
2—Declaration of environment protection policy
(1) The draft amendment to the Environment Protection (Water Quality) Policy 2015
known as the Environment Protection (Water Quality) Amendment Policy 2018
and referred to the Governor by the Minister under section 28 of the Environment Protection Act 1993
is declared to be an authorised environment protection policy under that Act.
(2) The policy will come into operation on the day on which this notice is published in the Gazette.
