Environment Protection (Water Quality Policy)
Notice 2003
under section 28 of the Environment Protection Act 1993
This notice may be cited as the Environment Protection (Water Quality
Policy) Notice 2003.
This notice comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
In this notice—
Act means the Environment Protection
Act 1993.
(1) The draft policy known as the Environment Protection (Water
Quality) Policy 2003 and approved by the Minister under section 28(11)
of the Act is an authorised environment protection policy under the
Act.
(2) The policy referred to in subclause (1) will come into operation on 1
October 2003.
