Environment Protection (Air Quality Policy) Notice 2016
under section 28 of the Environment Protection Act 1993
1—Short title
This notice may be cited as the Environment Protection (Air Quality Policy) Notice 2016
.
2—Declaration of environment protection policy
(1) The draft policy known as the Environment Protection (Air Quality) Policy 2016
and referred to the Governor by the Minister under section 28 of the Environment Protection Act 1993
is declared to be an authorised environment protection policy under that Act.
(2) The policy will come into operation on 23 July 2016.
