1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Electronic Transactions (Legal Proceedings) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2017.
2—Commencement
The Electronic Transactions (Legal Proceedings) Amendment Act 2017
(No 9 of 2017) will come into operation on 1 September 2017.
