Fines Enforcement and Debt Recovery Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2018
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Fines Enforcement and Debt Recovery Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2018.
2—Commencement of provisions
The following provisions of the Fines Enforcement and Debt Recovery Act 2017
(No 71 of 2017) will come into operation on 30 April 2018:
(a) sections 3 to 47 (inclusive);
(b) sections 67 to 76 (inclusive);
(c) Schedule 1, clauses 1 to 35 (inclusive).
