Fines Enforcement and Debt Recovery (Commencement) Proclamation 2019
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Fines Enforcement and Debt Recovery (Commencement) Proclamation 2019.
2—Commencement of suspended provisions
Part 8 of the Fines Enforcement and Debt Recovery Act 2017
(No 71 of 2017) (other than section 61(7) to (10) (inclusive)) will come into operation on 1 February 2019.
