Forestry (Forest Reserve) (Mount Burr and Penola Forest
Districts) Variation Proclamation 2003
under section 3(3) of the Forestry Act 1950
1 The following land is forest reserve under the Forestry
Act 1950 (see proclamation, Gazette 19.3.1992 p877, as varied)
and forms part of the Penola Forest District:
Section 464 and portion of Section 465, Hundred of Jessie, now numbered as
allotment 64 of Plan No. DP 55385 accepted for deposit in the Lands Titles
Registration Office at Adelaide.
Section 385 and portion of Section 394, Hundred of Joanna, now numbered as
allotment 66 of Plan No. DP 55385 accepted for deposit in the Lands Titles
Registration Office at Adelaide.
2 It is intended that this land cease to be forest reserve.
3 The following Crown land is required as forest reserve and is intended to
form part of the Mount Burr Forest District:
Allotment 14 of Filed Plan No. 38522 and Section 522, Hundred of Hindmarsh,
County of Grey.
Section 231, Hundred of Riddoch, County of Grey.
Part 1—Preliminary
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Forestry (Forest Reserve) (Mount
Burr and Penola Forest Districts) Variation
Proclamation 2003.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is
made.
In this proclamation, a provision under a heading referring to the
variation of a specified proclamation varies the proclamation so
specified.
Part 2—Variation of proclamation under Forestry
Act 1950 declaring forest reserve (Gazette 19.3.1992 p 877) as
varied
(1) Schedule, clause 6(c)—delete "464, 465" and
substitute:
Lot 65 of Plan No. DP 55385, accepted for deposit in the Lands Titles
Registration Office at Adelaide
(2) Schedule, clause 6(d)—delete "385, 394,"
(3) Schedule, clause 6(d)—after "476" insert:
, Lot 67 of Plan No. DP 55385, accepted for deposit in the Lands Titles
Registration Office at Adelaide
(4) Schedule, clause 7(a)(i)—after "519," insert:
522,
(5) Schedule, clause 7(a)(i)—after "Lot 2 Filed Plan 17751"
insert:
, Lot 14 Filed Plan 38522
(6) Schedule, clause 7(e)—after "229," insert:
231,
