Forestry (Forest Reserve—Southern Hills Forest
District) Variation Proclamation 2005
under section 3(3) of the Forestry Act 1950
1 The following land is forest reserve under the Forestry
Act 1950 (see proclamation, Gazette 19.3.1992 p877, as varied)
and forms part of the Southern Hills Forest District:
Portion of Section 222, Hundred of Yankalilla, now numbered as
allotment 2 of Plan No. DP 50063, accepted for deposit in the
Lands Titles Registration Office at Adelaide.
2 It is intended that this land cease to be forest reserve.
3 It is intended that the following Crown land be declared to be forest
reserve as part of the Southern Hills Forest District:
Allotment 1 of Plan No. DP 50063, Hundred of Yankalilla, accepted
for deposit in the Lands Titles Registration Office at Adelaide.

1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Forestry (Forest
Reserve—Southern Hills Forest District) Variation
Proclamation 2005.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is
made.
In this proclamation, a provision under a heading referring to the
variation of a specified proclamation varies the proclamation so
specified.
Part 2—Variation of proclamation under Forestry
Act 1950 declaring forest reserve (Gazette 19.3.1992 p877) as
varied
(1) Schedule, clause 1(g)—delete "222,"
(2) Schedule, clause 1(g)—after "Lot 11 Deposited Plan 40844"
insert:
, Lot comprising Pieces 100 and 101 of Plan No. DP 50063,
accepted for deposit in the Lands Titles Registration Office at Adelaide, Lot 1
of Plan No. DP 50063, accepted for deposit in the Lands Titles Registration
Office at Adelaide
