Forestry (Forest Reserve) Variation Proclamation 2010
under section 3(3) of the Forestry Act 1950
1 It is intended that the following Crown land be declared to be forest reserve as part of the Mount Gambier Forest District:
Allotment 1 of Deposited Plan No. 47026, Hundred of Benara, County of Grey;
Allotment 630 of Filed Plan No. 195242, Hundred of Caroline, County of Grey.
2 It is intended that the following Crown land be declared to be forest reserve as part of the Mount Burr Forest District:
Section 429, Hundred of Hindmarsh, County of Grey;
Allotment 101 of Deposited Plan No. 49136, Hundred of Short, County of Grey;
Allotment 31 of Deposited Plan No. 52873, Hundred of Coles, County of Robe.
Part 1—Preliminary
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Forestry (Forest Reserve) Variation Proclamation 2010.
2—Commencement
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
3—Variation provisions
In this proclamation, a provision under a heading referring to the variation of a specified proclamation varies the proclamation so specified.
