Fair Work (Relevant Day—Schedule 2)
Proclamation 2009
under Schedule 2 of the Fair Work Act 1994
This proclamation may be cited as the Fair Work (Relevant
Day—Schedule 2) Proclamation 2009.
This proclamation will come into operation on
1 January 2010.
1 January 2010 is, in relation to each GBE under Schedule 2
of the Fair Work Act 1994, fixed as being the relevant day for the
purposes of the application of that Schedule to the GBE.
