This proclamation may be cited as the Gaming Machines (Miscellaneous)
Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2005.
2—Commencement of suspended
provisions
Sections 9 and 19 of the Gaming Machines (Miscellaneous) Amendment Act
2004 (No 46 of 2004) will come into operation on 1 July 2005.
