Genetically Modified Crops Management Act (Commencement)
Proclamation 2004
This proclamation may be cited as the Genetically Modified Crops
Management Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2004.
The Genetically Modified Crops Management Act 2004 (No 8 of 2004)
will come into operation on 29 April 2004.
