under the Gas Act 1997
This proclamation may be cited as the Gas (Temporary Rationing)
Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2004.
2—Commencement of remaining
provisions
The provisions of the Gas (Temporary Rationing) Amendment Act 2004,
other than sections 5 and 9 (which came into operation, by virtue of
section 2 of that Act, on 15 January 2004), will come into operation on
19 August 2004.
