Gene Technology (Miscellaneous) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2010
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Gene Technology (Miscellaneous) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2010.
2—Commencement of Act
The Gene Technology (Miscellaneous) Amendment Act 2008 (No 46 of 2008) will come into operation on 29 July 2010.
