Health and Community Services Complaints (Miscellaneous) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2011
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Health and Community Services Complaints (Miscellaneous) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2011.
2—Commencement of Act
(1) Subject to subclauses (2) and (3), the Health and Community Services Complaints (Miscellaneous) Amendment Act 2011 (No 5 of 2011) comes into operation on 19 May 2011.
(2) Section 6 of the Act will come into operation on 1 July 2011.
(3) The operation of section 10 of the Act is suspended until a day or time or days or times to be fixed by subsequent proclamation or proclamations.
