Health and Community Services Complaints Act
(Commencement) Proclamation 2005
This proclamation may be cited as the Health and Community Services
Complaints Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2005.
2—Commencement of Act and
suspension of certain provisions
(1) The Health and Community Services Complaints Act 2004 (No 22 of
2004) will come into operation on 31 March 2005.
(2) The operation of the following provisions of the Act is suspended
until a day or days to be fixed by subsequent proclamation or
proclamations:
(a) section 4;
(b) section 16;
(c) Parts 3 to 9 (inclusive).
