Harbors and Navigation (Miscellaneous) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2009

1—Short title

This proclamation may be cited as the Harbors and Navigation (Miscellaneous) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2009.

2—Commencement of Act

The Harbors and Navigation (Miscellaneous) Amendment Act 2009 (No 42 of 2009) will come into operation on 12 April 2010.
