Health Care Act (Commencement)
Proclamation 2008
This proclamation may be cited as the Health Care Act (Commencement)
Proclamation 2008.
2—Commencement of Act and
suspension of certain provisions
(1) The Health Care Act 2008 (No 3 of 2008) will come into
operation on 10 April 2008.
(2) The operation of the following provisions of the Act is suspended
until a day or time or days or times to be fixed by subsequent proclamation or
proclamations:
(a) Part 2;
(b) sections 11 to 14 (inclusive);
(c) Parts 4 to 10 (inclusive);
(d) sections 89 to 99 (inclusive);
(e) section 101;
(f) Schedules 2 to 4 (inclusive).
