Holidays (Adelaide Cup)
Proclamation 2007
under section 5 of the Holidays Act 1910
This proclamation may be cited as the Holidays (Adelaide Cup)
Proclamation 2007.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is
made.
3—Substitution of Adelaide Cup day
in 2008
Monday 10 March 2008 is declared to be a public holiday and bank holiday
instead of Monday 19 May 2008.
4—Substitution of Adelaide Cup day
in 2009
Monday 9 March 2009 is declared to be a public holiday and bank holiday
instead of Monday 18 May 2009.
5—Substitution of Adelaide Cup day
in 2010
Monday 8 March 2010 is declared to be a public holiday and bank holiday
instead of Monday 17 May 2010.
