Holidays (Adelaide Cup) Proclamation 2010
under section 5 of the Holidays Act 1910
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Holidays (Adelaide Cup) Proclamation 2010.
2—Commencement
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
3—Substitution of Adelaide Cup day in 2011
Monday 14 March 2011 is declared to be a public holiday and bank holiday instead of Monday 16 May 2011.
