Holidays (Adelaide Cup) Proclamation 2011
under section 5 of the Holidays Act 1910
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Holidays (Adelaide Cup) Proclamation 2011.
2—Commencement
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
3—Substitution of Adelaide Cup Day in 2012
Monday 12 March 2012 is declared to be a public holiday and bank holiday instead of Monday 21 May 2012.
