Holidays (Adelaide Cup) Proclamation 2012
under section 5 of the Holidays Act 1910
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Holidays (Adelaide Cup) Proclamation 2012.
2—Commencement
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
3—Substitution of Adelaide Cup Day in 2013
Monday 11 March 2013 is declared to be a public holiday and bank holiday instead of Monday 20 May 2013.
