Highways (Road Closure—Old Port Wakefield Road, Two
Wells) Proclamation 2008
under section 27AA of the Highways Act 1926
This proclamation may be cited as the Highways (Road Closure—Old
Port Wakefield Road, Two Wells) Proclamation 2008.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is
made.
The portion of public road delineated as allotment 20 in approved Plan No
FP 50358 lodged in the Lands Titles Registration Office is closed.

on the recommendation of the Commissioner of Highways and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council
on 1 May 2008
