Highways (Road Closure—Public Road abutting West
Terrace and West Terrace, Copley) Proclamation 2009
under section 27AA of the Highways Act 1926
This proclamation may be cited as the Highways (Road
Closure—Public Road abutting West Terrace and West Terrace, Copley)
Proclamation 2009.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is
made.
The portion of public road delineated as allotment 151 in approved Plan No
FP 51949 lodged in the Lands Titles Registration Office is closed.

on the recommendation of the Commissioner of Highways and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council
on 19 November 2009
