Hydroponics Industry Control Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2010

1—Short title

This proclamation may be cited as the Hydroponics Industry Control Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2010.

2—Commencement of Act

The Hydroponics Industry Control Act 2009 (No 49 of 2009) will come into operation on 1 March 2010.
