Holidays (Substitution of Appointed Day) Proclamation 2013
under section 5 of the Holidays Act 1910
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Holidays (Substitution of Appointed Day) Proclamation 2013.
2—Commencement
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
3—Substitution of appointed day in 2014 and 2015
(1) Monday, 10 March 2014 is declared to be a public holiday and bank holiday instead of the third Monday in May in 2014.
(2) Monday, 9 March 2015 is declared to be a public holiday and bank holiday instead of the third Monday in May in 2015.
