Holidays (Substitution of Appointed Day) Proclamation 2020
under section 5 of the Holidays Act 1910
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Holidays (Substitution of Appointed Day) Proclamation 2020.
2—Commencement
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
3—Substitution of appointed day in 2021
Monday 8 March 2021 is declared to be a public holiday and bank holiday instead of the third Monday in May 2021.
