Highways (Control of Access—Main South Road)
Proclamation 2004
under section 30A(1)(b) of the Highways Act 1926
1 On 1 April 1971 a portion of road in the Hundred of Noarlunga was
declared by proclamation to be a controlled-access road (Gazette 1.4.1971
p1384).
2 It is now intended that part of the controlled-access road (being the
portion of Lot 201 DP 57248 that falls within the controlled-access road) cease
to be part of the controlled-access road.
This proclamation may be cited as the Highways (Control of
Access—Main South Road) Proclamation 2004.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is
made.
3—Land ceasing to be
controlled-access road
The part of the controlled-access road referred to in the preamble that is
shaded in grey on the plan in Schedule 1 of this proclamation ceases to be part
of the controlled-access road.
