Heavy Vehicle National Law (South Australia) Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2014
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Heavy Vehicle National Law (South Australia) Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2014.
2—Commencement of Act and suspension of certain provisions
(1) Subject to subclause (2), the Heavy Vehicle National Law (South Australia) Act 2013 (No 36 of 2013) will come into operation on 10 February 2014.
(2) The operation of the following provisions of the Schedule to the Act are suspended until a day or time or days or times to be fixed by subsequent proclamation or proclamations:
(a) Chapter 2;
(b) section 84.
