Heavy Vehicle National Law (South Australia) Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2016
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Heavy Vehicle National Law (South Australia) Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2016.
2—Commencement of suspended provision
Section 84 of the Schedule to the Heavy Vehicle National Law (South Australia) Act 2013
(No 36 of 2013) will come into operation on 6 February 2016 immediately before the Heavy Vehicle National Law (South Australia) (Amendment of Law No 2) Regulations 2016
come into operation.
