Proclamation 2005
This proclamation may be cited as the Industrial Law Reform (Fair Work)
Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2005.
The Industrial Law Reform (Fair Work) Act 2005 (No 3 of 2005) will
come into operation on 16 May 2005.
