1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Land and Business (Sale and Conveyancing) (Beneficial Interest) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2017.
2—Commencement
The Land and Business (Sale and Conveyancing) (Beneficial Interest) Amendment Act 2017
(No 30 of 2017) will come into operation on 29 January 2018.
