Land Agents (Registration of Property Managers and Other Matters) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2018
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Land Agents (Registration of Property Managers and Other Matters) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2018.
2—Commencement of Act
(1) Subject to subclause (2)
, the Land Agents (Registration of Property Managers and Other Matters) Amendment Act 2017
(No 44 of 2017) will come into operation on 30 April 2018.
(2) The following provisions of the Act will come into operation on 1 February 2019:
(a) section 5(2), (3) and (4);
(b) section 7;
(c) sections 9 to 12 (inclusive);
(d) sections 17 and 18;
(e) sections 20 and 21;
(f) section 23.
