Local Government (Boundary Adjustment—Kingston District Council) Proclamation 2008

under sections 9 and 11 of the Local Government Act 1999

1—Short title

This proclamation may be cited as the Local Government (Boundary Adjustment—Kingston District Council) Proclamation 2008.

2—Commencement

This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.

3—Boundary adjustment

The boundaries of the area of the Kingston District Council are altered by incorporating in that area that portion of Lacepede Bay, Out of Hundreds delineated by a bold line and marked "(A)" on the plan in Schedule 1.
