Local Government (Boundary Adjustment—City of Burnside and City of Mitcham) Proclamation 2009

under sections 9 and 11 of the Local Government Act 1999

1—Short title

This proclamation may be cited as the Local Government (Boundary Adjustment—City of Burnside and City of Mitcham) Proclamation 2009.

2—Commencement

This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.

3—Boundary adjustment

The boundaries of the areas of the City of Burnside and the City of Mitcham are altered in the manner indicated in the map in Schedule 1 so that the land at Lot 77 Eagle Road, Leawood Gardens is wholly within the area of the City of Burnside (and consequential amendments are made to the boundaries of any relevant wards).
