Local Government (Stormwater Management Agreement) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2016

1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Local Government (Stormwater Management Agreement) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2016.
2—Commencement of Act
The Local Government (Stormwater Management Agreement) Amendment Act 2016
(No 12 of 2016) will come into operation on 19 May 2016.
