Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2007
This proclamation may be cited as the Local Government (Financial
Management and Rating) Amendment Act (Commencement)
Proclamation 2007.
2—Commencement of suspended
provisions
The remaining provisions of the Local Government (Financial Management
and Rating) Amendment Act 2005 (No 60 of 2005) will come into operation
on 25 January 2007.
