Local Government (Flood Mitigation Infrastructure) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2004

1—Short title

This proclamation may be cited as the Local Government (Flood Mitigation Infrastructure) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2004.

2—Commencement of Act

The Local Government (Flood Mitigation Infrastructure) Amendment Act 2004 (No 13 of 2004) will come into operation on 3 June 2004.
