Local Government (Expiry of Part) Proclamation 2012
under Schedule 1 Part 2 clause 3 of the Local Government Act 1999
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Local Government (Expiry of Part) Proclamation 2012.
2—Commencement
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
3—Expiry of Schedule 1 Part 2 of Local Government Act 1999
Pursuant to clause 3(4) of Schedule 1 Part 2 of the Local Government Act 1999, 21 January 2012 is fixed as the day on which that Part will expire.
