Local Government (Lochiel Park Lands— Responsible
Minister) Notice 2006
under Schedule 8, clause 11 of the Local Government Act 1999
This notice may be cited as the Local Government (Lochiel Park
Lands—Responsible Minister) Notice 2006.
This notice comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
3—Assignment of functions of
responsible Minister
For the purposes of Schedule 8, clause 11 of the Local Government
Act 1999 the functions of the responsible Minister are assigned to the
Minister for Infrastructure.
