This proclamation may be cited as the Local Government (Access to
Meetings and Documents) Amendment (Commencement of Section 12)
Proclamation 2003.
2—Commencement of suspended
provision
Section 12 of the Local Government (Access to Meetings and Documents)
Amendment Act 2002 (No 46 of 2002) will come into operation on 22 May
2003.
