Liquor Licensing (Miscellaneous) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2012
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Liquor Licensing (Miscellaneous) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2012.
2—Commencement of Act
(1) Subject to subclause (2), the Liquor Licensing (Miscellaneous) Amendment Act 2011 (No 40 of 2011) will come into operation on 30 January 2012.
(2) Sections 4 and 5, sections 12 to 42 (inclusive) and Schedule 1 of the Act will come into operation on 5 March 2012.
