Legal Practitioners (Corresponding Law) Proclamation
2004
under section 5 of the Legal Practitioners Act 1981
This proclamation may be cited as the Legal Practitioners (Corresponding
Law) Proclamation 2004.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is
made.
3—Declaration of corresponding
law
The Legal Practice Act 2003 of Western Australia is declared to be a
corresponding law.
