Legal Practitioners (Corresponding Laws) Variation
Proclamation 2009
under section 5 of the Legal Practitioners Act 1981
Part 1—Preliminary
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Legal Practitioners (Corresponding
Laws) Variation Proclamation 2009.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is
made.
In this proclamation, a provision under a heading referring to the
variation of a specified proclamation varies the proclamation so
specified.

3—Declaration of corresponding laws
Clause 3—delete "Legal Profession Act 1993 of Tasmania." and
substitute:
Legal Profession Act 2007 of Tasmania;
Legal Profession Act 2008 of Western Australia.
