Law Reform (Delay in Resolution of Personal Injury Claims) (Commencement) Proclamation 2003

1—Short title

This proclamation may be cited as the Law Reform (Delay in Resolution of Personal Injury Claims) (Commencement) Proclamation 2003.

2—Commencement of Act

The Law Reform (Delay in Resolution of Personal Injury Claims) Act 2002 (No 38 of 2002) will come into operation on 10 March 2003.
