1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Magistrates Court (Monetary Limits) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2016.
2—Commencement of Act
The Magistrates Court (Monetary Limits) Amendment Act 2016
(No 27 of 2016) will come into operation on 1 August 2016.
