Mining (Revocation of Private Mine)
Proclamation 2008
under section 73N of the Mining Act 1971
1 The following area was declared to be a private mine by proclamation on
19 July 1973 (Gazette 19.7.1973 p288):
Section 344, hundred of Jellicoe, county of Eyre.
2 The Warden's Court has declared (on 10 May 2007 in Action
No 42 of 2007) that proper grounds exist for revoking the declaration
referred to in clause 1.
This proclamation may be cited as the Mining (Revocation of Private
Mine) Proclamation 2008.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is
made.
The declaration referred to in clause 1 of the preamble is
revoked.

on the basis of the declaration of the Warden's Court referred to in
clause 2 of the preamble and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council
on 31 January 2008
