Mining (Revocation of Private Mine) Proclamation 2010
under section 73N of the Mining Act 1971
1 The following area was declared to be a private mine by proclamation made pursuant to the Mining Act 1971 on 1 March 1973 (Gazette 1.3.1973 p738):
The whole of the land edged red in the plan on memorandum of lease registered number 2922518 between Maxwell Reuben James Hannaford and Amelia Sara Hannaford dated the 8th day of October, 1965 in respect of portion of the land comprised in certificate of title, Register Book volume 2081 folio 60.
2 The Warden's Court has declared (on 2 February 2010 in Action No 245 of 2009) that proper grounds exist for revoking the declaration referred to in clause 1.
This proclamation may be cited as the Mining (Revocation of Private Mine) Proclamation 2010.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
The declaration referred to in clause 1 of the preamble is revoked.
